The Simple Agreement
Here’s what we’re agreeing to.
No complicated contract. No surprise charge. The arrangement is pretty much what we already discussed.
We handle the custom board, design, printing and normal setup at no charge to your business.
You agree to display it for at least 12 months somewhere reasonably visible that we agree on together.
Tell us the direct competitors or categories you want excluded. We won’t knowingly feature one without your permission.
Our own local brands and selected non-competing sponsors may appear on the board or related digital experiences. You don’t have to sell anything.
The board remains ours. If you need it moved or removed, contact us first and we’ll work it out or arrange pickup.
Host Agreement
Custom Message Boards will design, print, and provide the host business a customized message board at no charge for the board, design, printing, or normal setup. The host agrees to display it for at least 12 months in a reasonably visible location agreed upon together. The board remains the property of Custom Message Boards; if it needs to be moved or removed, the host will contact us so we can arrange a solution or pickup. Custom Message Boards may use space on or connected with the board to promote its own local websites, services, and selected non-competing sponsors. We will not knowingly feature a direct competitor without the host's permission. Related digital pages, and any optional free loyalty or wallet pass, may include sponsorship managed by Custom Message Boards. The host is not responsible for selling advertising. The host permits use of its business name, logo, offers, and provided brand assets to create the board and related digital materials.
